If you are experiencing issues logging in to the Nextcloud application, please check the following:
- The Files service has been enabled and configured for your Helm. The Files service is a global service that is enabled or disabled by the primary Helm user.
- Secondary users: If you are not sure if this service has been enabled for your Helm, contact your administrator (primary user).
- Administrators: Check to see if this service has been enabled by going to Menu > Services > File Share Status and Settings. This service must be enabled and port forwarding configured on your router for users to access this feature.
- Your password and login information are correct. To login in to the Nextcloud client you will need a device password. This is found under Menu > Files > select a device. Check that the full server information has been entered, the full username (email address), and the correct password.
