How to set up Calendar & Contacts on Outlook

To set up your Calendar and Contacts with Outlook on Windows, follow these steps.

1. In the Helm app under "Email," select the email address you would like to add to a client, then select the device you want Device Credentials for. You'll need this information for Step 7.
2. Download and install the CalDav Synchronizer from https://caldavsynchronizer.com
3. Open Outlook and click on the "CalDav Synchronizer" tab on the top ribbon. Select "Synchronization Profiles."
4. Click the plus button to create a new profile. 
5. Select Generic CalDAV/CardDAV. 
6. Give the profile a name. Then create a new Outlook folder of type Calendar. (After completing the steps below, repeat this process and choose the folder of type Contacts/Address book for syncing contacts)
7. Under server settings add the following:

   DAV Url: https://helm.[domain]:8443

   Username: username from mobile app

   Password: password from mobile app

   Email address: username@[domain]

8. Click "Test or discover settings" to make sure that you correctly entered the URL and user credentials.
9. Click OK to save your profile.
