In the event your Helm stops working, our Support team is here to help. Our goal is to minimize any disruption to service and get you up and running quickly.
If you are experiencing problems with your Helm Personal Server:
- Contact our Support team and provide as much information as possible. This could include: light patterns on the Helm LED, error messages in the app, troubleshooting steps taken so far, or other observable irregularities.
- A member of our Support team will respond promptly with steps to take to rule out easily resolvable issues.
- If an exchange is recommended, Support will confirm your shipping address and submit an order for a replacement Helm to be shipped immediately, aiming for continuity of service.
- Support will also provide you information on returning the defective unit. All defective units must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the replacement unit.
