Once setup has been completed in the Helm app, you should be able to begin sending and receiving emails.
If you're not sure you're receiving emails, the simplest way to check is to send an email to your new account. Go to an existing account of your choosing (Gmail, Yahoo, etc.) and send an email to your new email address.
