What does my subscription include?

Your Helm subscription includes the following:

Annual domain registration and DNS records - Your annual registration and DNS records for your domain are included.

Security gateway - Every customer gets a unique security gateway with a static IP address. This enables the plug and play seamless networking for Helm to just work using your home internet connection since ISPs normally don't provide their customers what they need to run a server at home. Your Helm subscription handles this for you without you having to upgrade your Internet service.

Offsite encrypted backups - We provide bandwidth and storage for offsite encrypted backups. Only you have the keys to decrypt them.

Access to update - Includes new features, service and security patches.
