Every Activation Code is unique and ties your Helm Personal Server to the domain you chose after purchase.
If your Activation Code is not working, first double check that you are entering it correct. We've removed commonly confused characters like lowercase L's and uppercase I's, but typing errors can still happen.
After confirming you've correctly entered the code, please reach out to our team at support@thehelm.com. Include any error messages seen as well.
