My order seems to be missing a part. What do I do?

Your Helm Personal Server comes with everything you need to get up and running quickly. If it looks like a part is missing, please first review this list. In each box should be the following:

1. Helm Personal Server
2. USB Flash Drive (labeled "Helm")
3. Power Supply
4. Ethernet Cable
5. Quick Start Guide

Before contacting Support, please open and double check the accessory box that the Helm Personal Server sits on. After confirming the part is not there, email support@thehelm.com and include order information and a description of the missing part.
