Where is my Activation Code?

Every purchase includes an Activation Code to be used during setup of your Helm. Your Activation Code connects your domain to your Helm and as a security measure is only known to you. 

Your Activation Code can be found in two places:

• Your Order Confirmation email, sent at the time of purchase. In the email, click to view your order to access your Activation Code
• Your Domain Setup Success email, sent when your domain has been successfully configured

In the event that you are unable to find either email, please first do a thorough search in your emails. Check other email addresses you may have used at the time of purchase, and search for emails from support@thehelm.com.
