The shipping notification email is generated at the time an order is processed and a label created.
If your tracking number is not showing information, it is likely that the package has not been received and scanned by the shipping carrier yet. Once it has, typically within a couple hours, the tracking number will update.
If it has been more than 24 hours and tracking has not updated, our support team can help further.
